EVENT LOCATIONS
Events will be held at various locations in 2025. We’ve hosted events in the past at the Michigan Theatre of Jackson, Chelsea Fairgrounds, The Grande Golf Club, The Chase Sports Bar, Buffalo Wild Wings of Jackson, Meckley’s Farms, Optimist Arena, Aggies Sports Bar, & Wayside Central.

5:00pm - parking opens
5:30pm - PIT/PLATINUM ticket holder gates
6:00pm - GA gates
Showtimes: 7:30pm (support artist) / 9:00pm

TICKETING:
I purchased my ticket – what do I do?
Simply present your ticket on the concert date at one of the venue. Do not cut or tamper with your ticket.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CONCERT TICKETS. EVENTS ARE RAIN/SHINE.
What is the re-entry policy?
Re-entry will NOT BE ALLOWED.
AGE RESTRICTIONS?
Country Boots & Bands welcomes children to age-appropriate events. If you have children five years old or older, you must purchase tickets for them. Some locations we host require 21+. Please see the Facebook events pages for details.
VOLUNTEERS
As the event gets closer, we will be working with organizations and individuals for volunteers for the events. If you have a non-profit group interested in volunteering, please email countrybootsandbands@gmail.com
ENTRANCE INSPECTIONS
Venue staff may inspect you and your belongings before they allow you to go to your seat or booth. They will check diaper bags and purses for contraband or prohibited items.
WEATHER CONCERNS
Country Boots & Bands hosts events rain or shine. Severe weather that threatens venue safety is the only exception.
GENERAL CONDUCT FOR GUESTS
Everyone wants to enjoy their experience at Country Boots & Bands events. Being respectful, courteous, and conscious of the venue rules makes this possible. Don’t detract from other guests’ experiences, clean up your garbage and leftover food, and stay aware of your surroundings throughout the event. Security/Staff has the right to remove anyone from the event should they not adhere to the rules/polices.
*If you have a medical condition that you believe prevents you from adhering to one of these rules, you can request accommodations from the Country Boots & Bands staff. An email indicating said medical condition(s) must be disclosed via email prior to the event you are attending. Emails can be sent to: countrybootsandbands.com
HEALTH & SAFETY
Please be advised that there will be security measures at Country Boots & Bands events. Please carefully check the list of prohibited items and arrive very early to allow extra time for screening. All entrances will have metal detectors; please plan accordingly.
Country Boots & Bands reserves the right, without refund to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state, or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive.
Attendees assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event.

Is seating available?
Most events are general admission - you can bring camping style folding chairs if you wish and are permitted in the GA section and designated areas of the Platinum section. No chairs are allowed in the PIT - this is standing room only.
Events held at the Michigan Theatre of Jackson have seating provided. PIT is standing room only.
HANDICAP AVAILABILITY
There is an ADA handicap accessible. If you need assistance getting from the gate to the handicap area, we will have personnel available. Each ticket level has areas designated for viewing.
LOST & FOUND
Lost and Found will be located at front entrance of the respective venues.

Any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the rules and regulations of event, or the terms and conditions herein, may be refused admission or ejected.
Holder grants permission to the Performers and their agents to utilize the holder’s image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the event.
HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, and further agrees that Country Boots & Bands / Raine Productions, LLC ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, EXPENSES, CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO SUCH CAUSES.
*I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND IMAGE RELEASE AGREEMENT, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS ABOVE.

Where should I stay while in Jackson?
LOCATIONS
Jackson is easily accessible by car, plane, train, and bus. We are located approximately 1.5 hours west of Detroit and 1 hour east of Kalamazoo just off I-94. We are located approximately 40 minutes directly south of Lansing, MI off of Highway 127.
PARKING
Parking will be located on-property and parking attendants will guide you to your location. Parking fee is $10 per regular sized vehicle - $20 for XL vehicles (i.e. Suburbans, Explorers, limos, & buses)

Each artist will be providing their own Meet and Greet opportunities so follow their social media for more information on how to access those chances.
WEATHER
Outdoor events are held rain or shine, except in the case that the concert may be delayed and/or canceled and the festival grounds may be evacuated if inclement or severe weather poses a threat to patron and staff safety. We encourage patrons to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly (e.g., in the event of rain, we advise ponchos and rain boots).
No refunds or exchanges will be given because of weather conditions; and no refunds or exchanges will be given for inclement or severe weather that necessitates an evacuation, delay or cancellation in part or whole of the event.
