Media INFORMATION

COUNTRY BOOTS & BANDS - 2024

REQUESTS:

All requests must be submitted by the end of the day on Friday (one week prior to the show date), to be considered for approval. Each request will be reviewed and responded to as soon as approval is given. Those requests that have been approved will be notified with further instructions relating to additional show information. Media will only be allowed into the venue with approved professional equipment. Cell phones and tablets are not considered professional equipment.

GUIDELINES:

Upon arrival to venue, a master list of approved media will be given to parking attendants, box office and front gate staff members that will guide you to the holding area. All approved media will meet at the holding area no less than 15 minutes prior to show time. At that time, you will receive your media credentials. 5 minutes before showtime, photographers will be escorted to the approved area for photos. At conclusion of allotted time (usually first three songs of each artist), photographers will be escorted to a secured area to leave equipment and return to the show. At the end of each performance, meet at the secured area to retrieve equipment and prepare for the next artist on stage. This process will be repeated for each artist throughout the evening.

Country Boots & Bands will receive media coverage from each media outlet after the event, along with permission to share on websites and social media accounts to be considered for future events. Country Boots & Bands has final decision on all matters and concerns.
